A busser/runner at a golf country club. They even gave me a raise in the first month I was working there, which was more than what I make as a supervisor.

us starbucks baristas are overworked for such a low wage 😵💫 i just read a story where a partner who is apart of the APPI community experienced a hate crime and hushed him and then forced him to resign 😵💫

I’m in college. I got a job on campus as a front desk person. I did go down in pay like a dollar I think but it was worth it. I would go to work, class, then right back to work or the other way around. It opened doors to other opportunities in the field I want to go into as well.

worth going down the pay, my older partners who have 8+ years tell me that this company has been down spiraling ever since especially now that the tiktok drinks are becoming more popular forcing newer baristas to quit. this job has caused me so much back pain LMFAO i feel broken asf

Went to an office administrator position! Entry level, went from $9.53/hr at the bux to $15/hr with a company in medical maintenance.

Fucking hated DT, never ever doing that again. My OG store was cafe-only, and I would give anything to go back to that store and that team!
My WPS has a LOT of work to be done. It's barely a WPS and nobody is trained under Starbucks standards so it's super weird. Honestly I would give anything to go back to sitting at a desk all day

I work really inconsistently right now as I’m really only dashing for $ for summer festivities, but basically, I can almost guarantee making around 100 in about six hours, more on a good night. So it all depends on how much you work! I made $712 on my best week last month (: it all depends on when you work too; for me, night offers peak pay so i usually so that!
