*Its the ticket that just came thru*
*Customer gets mad because we didn't have the drink ready in 5 seconds*
Seriously, if you're just gonna place a mobile in the drive thru line, just order like a regular person. I will never understand these people.

when they place a mobile order in the line and drive right past the speaker box and tell you at the window and it’s so busy that cafe/mobile bar hasn’t even pulled out the sticker yet 😍

“I’m sorry but if you just put that through, it will be a minute as I have to make the drinks in order. If it’s not ready by the time you get up here, I’ll pull you forward & you can wait” :)

Got an order of 7 drinks and pulled the tickets immediately. I only pulled 3 or 4 when they walked in and asked my sm (on cold bar) if their drinks were ready. I looked so stupid with 7 unmade drinks that he and another barista stepped in to make them quick
