We hear a lot about the chaotic energy of afternoon crew, but as a consummate opener, i will posit that opening crew is the most chaotic of the shift alignments. We roll up from the club, fueled by cold brew, 3 hours of sleep max, and rage, ready to kick anyone's ass and then as we open turn that unbridled rage and death into aggressive positivity.

Interesting cause our openers show up and are more like coming down off a cocaine rush and are pissed because there's 14 grande cold brew cups in the caddy instead of 15, can't put away the order and bitch they have to serve people so early..
