Hi! Current partner here! Does anyone know how I would be able to apply to work for the help desk or for facilities? I think it would be a pretty cool job, and I wouldn’t have to leave the company. Thanks for the responses in advance!

Log in to the hub (partner.starbucks.com), then go to career journey and then click find jobs or search jobs, something like that. Choose existing partner and tada!
Know that as far as I can tell, help desk partners still work in Seattle. I heard that eventually there might be remote opportunities but I haven't seen any yet. As far as facilities go, you might need to be willing to relocate. I know they're hard to get because typically people keep those jobs until they retire.

Also ask your SM about joining some of the partner networks like women's impact, pride, black partner network etc depending on what applies to you. You might hear about opportunities that way too.
