I had the same problem. I called partner resources, I think I had to be transferred but it didn't take long and I got someone who got them entered for me. I've seen others on here with the same issue solved the same way. About it showing 2 stars instead of 3, after I got my card and numbers on there, I saw the 3 stars. Then later I noticed 2. I signed out and then back in and 3 stars was back again
