Are you a US partner? I just tested mine and it worked fine.
I don't use the app though, I just go to the site. I can't paste the link but it's the first result when I Google "Starbucks partner hours".

Yes i’m a US partner, it has worked fine up until yesterday! It goes to this screen after the usual login screen and doesn’t work.
