302*** clocking out for the last time tonight(self.starbucksbaristas)

I've only been here 4 months but I'm out, fuck this job.
My store has been falling apart for the past month and currently we don't even have a manager. We've been so understaffed that we've been closing early for the past week. We have almost nothing in stock and I'm consistently asked to stay 30mins - 1hr after my shift ends. Not to mention we're literally the 2nd busiest drive-thru location in our entire district.
I'm going to miss my co-workers so much, I literally cried while leaving today saying goodbye to my SSV and coworkers but I cannot do this anymore- this job has destroyed me mentally and physically. I have been called slurs over caramel drizzle and have been threatened with physical violence over breakfast sandwiches, most starbucks customers are legitimately evil and need to seek help.
My favorite SSV actually helped me write my resignation letter and helped (and encouraged) me quit without a two weeks notice. I'm moving 45mins away and was given no help by our ex-manager to facilitate a transfer so this pushed me over the edge, I'm not wasting half my wages on gas.
**Speaking on my ex-manager, now that I'm gone I'll say:**
**Fuck you. Fuck you for denying me a singular day off TO GO TO MY MOMS FUNERAL. And DOUBLE fuck you for writing me up for using sick time BECAUSE I WAS LITERALLY PISSING BLOOD AND IN THE ER. And TRIPLE fuck you for saying that "I'm not dedicated to the company" for the above things. STARBUCKS WOULDN'T CARE IF I DROPPED DEAD MIDSHIFT, THEY WOULD HAVE A NEW HIRE IN THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE MY SPOT- FUCK STARBUCKS AND FUCK YOU.**
Corporate needs to get their shit together, their policies literally make our lives so much harder and they don't even give a shit; they're so preoccupied with their bottom line and ensuring the customers are allowed to be entitled so they'll keep coming back. It's disgusting.
I'm going to miss aspects of this job and my co-workers but I am so fucking glad I'm leaving, I'm moving on to a less toxic workplace and I cannot wait to have this shit in my past.
I literally wish all you baristas who cannot leave the best of luck, I hope that all the stickers you get are iced chais and that you get to leave sooner rather than later; you're worth it.
Peace out 🙃💖

Please do not say that you are important and you matter! Call 800-273-8255 if you need someone to talk to or even message me I’m happy to talk (if I don’t respond right away I’m away). You matter and your mental health matters

Some managers need to be fired or learn what it takes being in such a crappy industry and how much some are treated. Also corporate needs to fix themselves in many ways. As honestly in my case apparently my story doesn’t matter as I’m a straight male in a leadership role working in a heavily dominated female environment. Where they think I’m automatically guilty of what I did.

I’m late, I am also a 302 and I left around the beginning of August. This was suppose to be a side gig, but the short staff, shortages, and other stuff took it out of me mentally. I also had a full time gig.
