I would too but the reason we got a new one was because it stopped heating our food properly :/

So they replaced it? I work in a kitchen at a grocery store chain, and some of our equipment is 20+ years old, but they'll still pay 3x the cost of replacing it to (usually only temporarily) REPAIR it. They avoid it like the plague.

It was broken since Memorial Day weekend and they tried fixing it three times. Two of the times it started smoking after they "fixed" it, and third time the top glass plate melted and shattered from it overheating.

i’ve looked into it before 😭😭 it uses a 220v outlet, like the same for washers and dryers and it uses a special plug for it too. i wish i could have it too :/

Even if it was broken I would have moved it to the handoff plane so when annoying customers ask where their food is while you're CLEARLY just making drinks you can dramatically whip it open, "huh, not in here I guess..... we'll just have to wait and see if your food shows up from somewhere else."
