I made a post about two weeks ago about becoming a barista trainer and expressing my worries, but I just finished my first day of training my our new partner yesterday, and it went over pretty well. Her learning style is physical, so she has to do things herself in order to learn it and that just happens to be the way that I teach things best.

I was hoping that some of y'all maybe had some visual graphics that could help her though? Or any advice on where to find some things that I could print out for her and go over her with, just to make it easier and more simple to process before we hit the bar.
