A lot of us are very timid to tell an angry person we won’t even serve them. I work second shift so we receive virtually zero support from our manager who prefers the morning people. I always tell people the same thing on here that I’d just refuse them but in reality I’m a big baby lmao

It’s honestly really difficult, it took me a long time before I was able to defend myself and tell people off if they’re being extremely mean. Especially since starbucks encourages always being nice to customers no matter what 🙃

See I always half caff, that way they feel fine for a bit, but crash earlier than they are used to and don't know why. Less likely they'll complain about us too.
