So pretty much I’m a 6 year partner and now getting paid the same as new partners. Cool.

I’m of the opinion that a wage increase should be across the board. Started at $10 but new people get $14 now? Cool, you get a $4 raise from your current pay. Sadly, that’s now how the slave siren works.

If it means anything to you, it was just announced tenured partners are getting a 6% raise in October. About a $1 for me.
