At that point I think I would’ve cheated and used liquid cane 😂

Sugar isn’t that bad at least to rip open and pour in. That stevia though… idk why I can open it so far away from me and still some how breathe it in through my mask 🤢

It sounds ridiculous but one pump of vanilla has 9 grams of sugar. If they got just two pumps of vanilla that would be more sugar and a tall obviously comes with 3.
A couple people at my store get 20 raw sugars and one of them expressed to me that people think he’s ridiculous but it’s like, yeah that’s way too much sugar and it’s a lot to make that drink. but compared to most (not all) snarky baristas and customers you’re doing fine.
Not to mention that syrup ain’t right. I drank a fair amount of a syrupy drink once and I was fucking wired. I’m all for 17 sugars it’s way better for you.

The domino sugar packets are 3.54g each, which would be about 60g of sugar for this drink, which is about 7 pumps of vanilla which I think we can all agree is crazy for a tall.
Edit: I just looked it up and one pump of vanilla has 5g of sugar (not sure where you got your number), which means that 17 packets is equal to 12 pumps of vanilla. In a tall. That is insane.

Ah I’m ridiculous. Like five years ago I checked the back of the bottle and looked at a serving size and concluded about two pumps is a serving. Also I don’t know what a gram is I guess.
And I mean the sugar is ridiculous but I stand by what I said about that syrup not being right. Something else is in it.

I get those. I call them the lego drinks. And sadly my coworkers don’t usually get the joke. I am sad now.
