When I worked at the bux I kinda went through that for a month. Just hold out for a little and talk to The shift. They’re there to guide you. I had a shift that was a little confrontational all the time and once I talked to her I stopped dreading going in. Also cracking jokes when everyone else is kinda gets you in the door! Connections with your partners take time!
