Yes, as of last month we are now taking personal cups again.

Edit to add: customers were still able to take advantage of the cup discount during the times of not accepting personal cups for drinks.

I hate the reusable cups. I used to have a regular come in all the time and expect me to wash his out. It was always covered in dirt and dog hair. My coworkers always did it for him. Till I lost my shit on him and told him we’re not doing it anymore.

I’m pretty sure that since reusable cups are paused, if they show they have a reusable cup we are supposed to honour the 10c discount. cannot confirm though but that’s what i was told

They auto shipped the clear cups to make their beverages in and then pour into their cups! Don’t know what to do for cold foam but it’ll work itself out. Weekly update as of July 25th says the cafe of stand-alone stores can accept cold cups. Not through the drive thru and not in licensed stores.
