(As long as you are stateside) These are your benefits hours you have to reach an average of 20 hrs a week every 6 months. They just reset at the beginning of July. Loa is leave of absence hours if you need a leave of absence it has to go through your manager and partner resources these hours count towards your benefits I believe but are coded differently. The benefits are the reason I have stayed with the company as long as I have. Health insurance is too dang expensive to pay for on the market place for insurance with the same type of coverage they offer. There’s a lot lot lot more benefits available besides that that’s just the biggie.

It’s paying for my college, gives great benefits and I’ve been able to move around the country while following life’s whims. still knowing I have a stable job wherever I go and that I can jump right in without having to learn anything new. Of course there’s good and bad but I’m pretty satisfied with that aspect of things…. Though I wish it was more like it was “back in the day” nearly 10 years ago it’s worked out pretty well for me.
