That is just sad :/ I feel so bad for kid. When I become a parent I hope I don't turn out like those kinds of parents.

This is why kids are so distant from there parents. I couldn’t even imagine physically being there for this, I would’ve told the mom off. The money I earn from this job isn’t worth letting some mom talk to her kid like this. This is why humanity is so messed up now a days. Parents love your children for who they are, let them make choices like that on there own. Otherwise you’re going to ruin the mother daughter relationship for life.

That's fucking horrible. If her mom went to the bathroom, I would have walked up to her and told her that she could have any frap she wanted on the house the next time she comes into the store.

WOW. Now, I don’t know if this girl was obese and did actually need to lose weight for health reasons. Let’s say she does. So they needed to have that conversation in the car, privately. “Both of us need to make healthy choices in Starbucks, but I know you love sweet drinks. Maybe you can try a passion fruit iced tea? It’s naturally sweet, and doesn’t have added sugar. “ then they can go in and confidently order. That mom was just trying to shame her kid, and that never works.

My mom did the same thing to my little sister and now she struggles to eat enough. Parents with obese children can seriously fuck them up

“She’s right, kiddo! You wouldn’t want to grow up to look like your mom!”
