Oh god, I know exactly how this happened because I can see myself doing this. Green bean here. I have honest to god forgotten to press the “1” button after I press the item button and then realized the item had been in the oven for a good 30 seconds without being timed. Someone has gotten an extra toasted sandwich from me…and someone has also gotten an extra toasted ham and cheese croissant. I have absolutely gotten more vigilant. Help me Jesus.

When someone wants it put in “twice” I just mark it up for double the order. Works like a charm
