we got a certificate celebrating the fact that out of the 13 stores in our district our teeny cafe earned the most sales. well we’re doing it with 8 FUCKING PARTNERS
as much as i hate being understaffed and dealing with people i have to be a little impressed that we’re making it happen

Ahhh the joys of being a cafe store recently, I've noticed ours here in the UK bace started to pick up massively. Which is funny because me and my team have all agreed to be slower and more relaxed.
Not kidding we just walk everywhere with no urgency, never felt better. Only 6 of us too but we've all got the hang on it now, we deal with a customer at a time in each position and we talk and have a laugh. No DT here to worry about thank god!

literally because most of us are green beans so i’ve been working 45 ish hours every week
