Go to a local drugstore or cvs and pick up some comfy shoe inserts!! I have Nike non slip shoes with drugstore inserts and they’re a game changer :)

I like shoes for crews, they last a decently long time and they're designed to stand all day. Slip resistant too.
Other than that Skechers for Work are good too. If you go into a retail store and tell them you work for Starbucks I think you get a discount, but it only works on work shoes.
I've heard people say a good pair of doc martens are great but they're a little pricey.

I like these generic Fila work shoes that have memory foam and a nice heel. I’ve had no issues with my feet wearing them, but that just might be me. $1

I bought some "sketchers for work". They're pretty comfy but also great for not slipping. I think they may have been around $45/50. If you have any large ish shoe stores in your area ask them where there work shoes are. Some of them also have a section for restaurant employees.
To stretch until then buy some decent insole inserts.

I always get the skechers for work shoes with our 30% discount. Works well for me.
