my store only puts strawberry açaí refreshers in pitchers or cubes and it’s super annoying to refill all day. our DM said we couldn’t keep it in another Curtis… what are y’all doing??

We put ours in tea pitchers, and the pitchers are right above us on a shelf for cold bar so it’s really nice to just pour directly into the shaker from the spout!! We even started to do it with mango base, too!

We keep some in the walk in. We’re running out of space tho. Yesterday I barely had space to put the pull bc we already had milk, sweet cream, SAR, cold brew, etc in the back and we haven’t even gotten the other 4x based yet.

Yeah we have a walk in+deep freezer which is where all our sandwiches, milk, refreshers, etc go and we have two freezers outside of it to store pastries. I’m pretty sure we’re the only store in our district to have a walk in tho. It’s nice bc it’s a good place to have a break down but it also sucks doing the pull lol

We keep it in 2 tea pitchers, that way when one runs out we have a backup while we prep the empty one.

It needs to be diluted if its the 4x strength, the new ones. If its the old 2x strength then you are good to pourbstraight from the box.

That’s what we did when SAR was 2x strength but now that it’s 4x we cut it with water in the pitcher

We use Curtis now, we ordered two extra ones and use those now because we just sell that stuff like crazy.

Unfortunately in cubes. They sit on our counter. Technically we should be putting them in the fridge, but we really don’t have space so idk what we’re gonna do once we have every refresher 4x
