For LOAs you contact Sedgwick, you can find more info on Partner Hub under benefits.
They will connect you with a leave specialist who will help you decide which leave to apply for. If your manager is giving you the okay to go, you shouldn’t need to worry.

my manger is very chill but i am just scared what if I leave and then she tells me your LOA wasnt confirmed. ugh this is so stressful :((

I understand why you would be! But even if the LOA isn’t approved by Sedgwick, your manager decides whether or not to write you up for unapproved leave. Usually partners are only separated if they don’t return to work. Sounds like you have your SM’s support, but you could always share your worries with them so they’ll back you up!
