We just train all baristas that if they're blending non standard blended drinks theyre ring up as a syrup creme frap. Otherwise I've never had anyone at our store specifically request cremebase in a drink. They'd be asking for a blended refresher for example and that's how we ring it in so it holds together and we get recorded for the frap base
