I personally have stuck with silver plans. I’m pretty sure most of them cover hormones, but I can’t say for sure because I’ve only ever had 2 of the plans and it might vary by state.
I’d recommend calling **877 SBUXBEN**. Their availability is *7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PT, Monday - Friday*. Tell them what you need covered within the next year. (Do you need hormones? Therapy? Bottom surgery or something else that would be covered under insurance?)
There’s also a tool on the sbuxben website where you can list medications you’ll be taking. It’ll suggest the best plan available. I’d still recommend calling someone in person, but I know that’s difficult for some people.
If you’re getting therapy or a surgery covered by insurance, ask the therapist or surgeon what insurances they take. I wouldn’t worry too much about rushing at the moment since you have until the 20th.
Hope this helps!
If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me. I’ve been having and planning all of my medical transition under starbucks provided insurance/reimbursement.

Personally I got silver, but I haven't had much experience with using it beyond for hormones.
