Reach out to the other store manager and ask if they could take a transfer with your availability etc. if it’s a yes go to your manager and talk about initiating a transfer and explain why. They’ll help the process from there it’s literally a form you fill out with your current Sm so they can plan to have you not on her schedule and scheduled for the new store. Just make sure they are hiring and could use you. From there it’s simple. Fingers crossed your SM approves. Usually they will and the other store would be happy to have a trained barista than one who would need to go through training.
