3+ years officially. Unofficially, depends on your store. Unfortunately we have so many green beans people who are 302’s are now “tenured”

Umm that’s not possible. They just started having 8 digit partner numbers. No way can a new partner be tenured. Cuz then everyone would get the higher raise coming in Oct.

Yeah, no, I agree with you. It was mainly a joke. And there was no further description on here, so I didn’t know if you were talking officially (ie the raise and the first part of my answer) or unofficially.
