so somewhat nerve racking, yesterday my sm approached me and let me know that Tuesday i would be leading a coffee tasting for my DM. Some background about me i’m a hired on shift and tomorrow will mark my 3rd month working for the company. I’m fairly young and was a general manager previously and learn very quickly. I started as a closing manager and have proven to have flawless closes 100% of the time without anything major happening (closer call off etc.) I’m the type of person that will have something assigned to me and i’ll will 100% do anything i’m told to do with full effort. My sm and i have talked to me later on stepping up in the company and i explained how i would like to 100% fill the shoes of my role then move in to the asm position when time allowed. I run great shifts and have been told i always give great setups. I got moved to mids and later opening to allow me to be a well rounded ss. with all that being said i have never lead a coffee tasting and choose sumatra and paired it with cheese danish and bacon egg bites! the combo is very good. is there anyway someone can help me with example of what to say during as i know the gist but want to really impress my dm and let her get to know me! thanks so much!!!
