Anybody think they actually read those? I can't imagine they do considering they seem to think they're doing such a great job. Between the surveys and this sub they should be fully aware of what a hellscape their stores have become, and yet... oh well

Hold on to that as long as you can; I love my coworkers and the particular store I'm at, but my love and respect for the higher ups has been burned away
