OK so this customer asked for 2 venti iced London fogs brave style with whole milk. I'm like breve? No she says it's brave. She did not like me asking what that is. Can someone help me? Is that something we do because I've been doing this a year now and never heard that term before.

No such thing as brave. You were right to clarify; some customers are impossible to please and all we can do is let it go.

I..I don’t think that’s a thing. I think they are confused about breve, that’s my best guess.

That's what I thought but when I tried helping her she just gave me the hand and said never mind, forget it and walked off. Like ok why don't you come and make it yourself I'd you're such a know it all.

😂 seriously sometimes the attitude we get because people literally have no idea what they’re talking about is just absurd

Realistickmhart997 [OP] 3 points 1y ago
I was totally confused. I just find it really funny when people think they know how to order when they don't.

A breve ( (listen), less often (listen), neuter form of the Latin brevis "short, brief") is the diacritic mark ˘, shaped like the bottom half of a circle. As used in Ancient Greek, it is also called brachy, βραχύ.

This definition is not for the term breve that was used in this post. The definition for this term is half in half instead of milk for coffee making.
