hi! i recently got hired and i’ve worked about 118 hours. i thought i needed like 230 hours to be eligible for coverage. but when i logged into the starbucks benefits like hub it said i only had 55 hours? (i hope this makes sense) so my question is like 1. how many hours do you need to be eligible for coverage. and 2. why am i only seeing 55 hours when i’ve worked 118?

Probably will show up Friday on your updated pay stub :)

1. It’s either 230 or 250 in a 6 month span either way 20hrs/week.
2. Thats probably the last number of hours since it was last updated on the benefits site. The updated hours should be on your next pay stub or I would call partner benefits customer service and ask. They explained it to me before but that was like 2 years ago.
