We had a nearby manager run over and see if they could get anything, and they actually got venti cups and lids for us, so I would assume it’s something to do with what trucks can get loaded. I don’t think there’s any choice besides who is able to be loaded quickest

Forgot to specify cold cups, not hot cups. We surprisingly have all of our hot cup sizes except short cups

The distribution centers are even more short staffed than the stores themselves and so they're having a hard time getting us supplies.
