How to swap shifts on the partner website (not the app)??? (self.starbucksbaristas)

At my store we don't do it that way at all. We look at the schedule to see who doesn't work and text them to ask if they can cover or swap a shift with you. I have no idea how the swap shift thing works on the website or the app

On the app when you select a shift to swap with it provides available shifts that people have and it shows you how many hours you’d lose/gain if you swap. It’s super helpful

Yup as a courtesy it’s nice to ask them in person or over text because they have to accept your request for the swap to go through

me neither it’s weird but I’ve had requests from other partners and I’ve always thought hmmm so there is a way to do this but… easier and more straightforward if you just check the schedule and text someone
