im more then pissed... so ive been on isolation since Thursday due to me having covid symptoms even though i got the vaccine. and today i found out im not getting paid for this isolation. i did the right thing told my SM and ASM i had xyz going on and they sent me home. (self.starbucksbaristas)

that is a bummer, especially considering it’s the first time you’ve gotten sick. unfortunately, the policy is that you only get two isolations paid :(

i was told it was 2 guaranteed and a 3rd if approved. and we've had a few approved in my store for a 3rd before unless its changed some point in the last month or so. that's why im kinda pissed.
