Don't be a manager if you can't do your duties, correctly. (self.starbucksbaristas)

**The title says it all.**
So, I just came back from quarantine and opened with a borrowed shift. She didn't have the key to the store. So, we had to wait almost **20 minutes** for my manager to drive up to pass up the key cause she apparently is in quarantine (supposedly AGAIN) Keep In mind she has been the manager for **three months** and often times comes late for openings.
I saw multiple expired milk, pastries that weren't out to defrost, no restocking on cold brew nor caramel drizzle.
My other partners who helped were from another store **(We had 1 where she came from another store BUT apparently says the my store is her home store? Me nor my borrowed shift know who she is or came from)** Of course, we had morning rush and to avail the 2 partners were new. **(So lots of misplacing on what to do, where to go and texting on the phone. Keep in mind my boss said that "We'll be in good hands"; incorrect.)**
To avail, we closed an hour early and stayed the extra hour to set up for tomorrow, so I'm defiantly gonna be keeping a close eye on next week's pay seeing as how we were slammed with orders, had no restocking, Ice bucket broke **(So we had to use a cube container to refill)** & half cleaned (**and we didn't made any cold brew at all so...tomorrow's gonna be fun.)**
Like even if my store was closed yesterday but opened on Monday, we shouldn't have been screwed this heavily, today. But maybe I'm overreacting (Doubt it >.>).
