bruh are we… the same person? all your posts are things i could’ve said about my store! i also put my two weeks in!!! moving on to better things. i will never even be a customer at my own store because of how nasty it was, all the bugs, mold, ice bins… etc.

Best choice I made, make way more money for a WAY less work load. I was a ssv at a crazy busy store, I now work at target. While Target is busy opened to close, nothing beats not having a drive thru, MOBIL orders, delivery orders, and making at least 4 toddy’s a day is now just a distant nightmare... ;) the reasonable amount of work expected from you is soooo refreshing after being over worked at a corporate store. I recently transferred to a store that’s so much better than my old store. I found a new love for the job again. Some days it’s rough no matter what.

If you put in two weeks and work those shifts, you don’t burn that bridge! My manager specifically made it very clear that I can’t come back to Starbucks if I want after quoting.
