It was a good ride, but my mental and physical health is worth much more than $11 an hour to me!!!! Good luck to everyone out there, don’t take shit from anyone. You are worth so much more than being screamed at and demeaned.

Damn I was a 272 that left not so long ago but hearing a 298 leaving really shows that Starbucks has nothing in control

Oh yeah it’s bad bad bad. I realized about a month ago that I had to get out before Starbucks got any crazier. It’s a sinking ship man.

What do the numbers represent?
deepfriedmeme420 1 points 1y ago
partner numbers
goldqueen287 3 points 1y ago
Ohh for some reason I thought it represented the # of days we worked

This is precious and I love it but did you give a different number everyday with one added to it?😂

297xxxxx started December, I left after the disrespect from not only the customers but my sm was scheluding me way over. The shortages were killing me and just having people be hella rude. The whole drive thru starbucks culture was toxic ad hell. Chasing the homeless out constantly. The pay was crap, this job honestly brought me close to my lowest point again. I'm so glad I'm out and away.

Fellow 298 here too… just put in my two weeks. I had only been with the company since January but it has destroyed my mental health and I’m excited to start elsewhere. I met some good friends along the way but working there to be around my friends and not listening to my own needs wasn’t going to cut it. Glad everybody is putting their own personal needs ahead instead of sacrificing their happiness for this corporation!

I dont work at Starbucks but I get where you are coming from. We have employee numbers where I work also and it's a demanding profession where we get screamed at all day. (Unlike you guys I can at least roll my eyes since their not looking directly at me). I'm 82___ and now the employee number are in the 1000 (if not more). The team I started with about 2 years ago is almost completely gone. I'm sorry about the abuse and stupid, rude people. I just want you to know, while it's not everyday or even every month, when I am able to go to Starbucks you guys are nothing but sweet and kind. Thank you guys for always making my day.

295 came in as a shift, realize how much standard we are kept at doing their job. Where if we get one mistake or a report against us. We pretty much failures.
