Makes perfect sense. The customer is going to say it doesn't "taste right" and you're going to end up making it three times, then refunding and making them the caramel crunch Frappuccino they should have ordered in the first place

Oh 100%! Not a barista anymore but before I left my coworkers and I were pulling espresso shots over ice then aerating them in the blender to layer as foam over sweetened nitro drinks.
Making illegal drinks was the best, I’m tempted to buy my own machine to replicate the bizarre drinks we came up with because none are on any menu in the world

Espresso in foam is delicious. I had a shift put espresso, mocha, and sweet cream together for a foam and it tasted like a brownie. Delicious af.
