Our store in PA was out of venti cups too. They can’t even order them.

My fav barista told me “Someone at corporate logistics better be getting shanked for this on a regular basis”

Is it weird? Clearly there is an agreement with Starbucks to promote her music. The playlist changes whenever the system decides it wants to, so you ultimately have little control over it.

Why do you think there's a shortage on everything else? I'm convinced they've been producing pumpkin spice this whole time to make sure we wouldn't run out all season instead of producing the syrups we're out of, and they'll start giving us the other syrups once that launches.

My manager actually went on a restaurant goods website and ordered 4 boxes of 1000 Splenda packets bc after a week of not having it, she couldn’t even deal with the customer fits about it.
