Makes sense. when partners get their markouts they are coming to a store and may still end up buying something. Which is another sale the company may not have gotten without the incentive. Even with the discount, corp. will still profit from anything we buy. So its just hidden in their cost of customer acquisition and employee benefits. Meanwhile they trot in like Big Damn Heroes ( 🤞 someone gets this) who give us free lunch everyday.

So any day on which you work a shift you get:
- Free beverages from 30 minutes before your shift until 30 minutes after your shift ends. No limit, as long as it’s for you personally and one per transaction.
- One free food item within the same time frame.
- One free bag of coffee beans per week (with some exclusions, such as reserve coffees).
Any day on which you do not work a shift you get:
- One free food item and one free beverage item.
The free food and beverage on your day off was originally not a part of the deal until they introduced it during COVID as an incentive to partners still working/out on leave. They have “kicked the can down the road” a few times with the “end date” on the day-off mark outs, first it was July (‘20), then August, then October, etc. until current date.
