Kiwi starfruit and Almond milk??? It's separating because even the drink knows this is a cursed combination that should never be. I don't know why I'm fine with Coconut milk being used but not Almond, but I find this revolting.

As to an actual solution, I don't think there is one, Almond milk simply floats above other cold liquids rather than mixing and there's nothing we can really do without something like an emulsifier to stabilize the mixture

yeah this was more a “this is a disgusting combo but it even LOOKS disgusting” kind of moment. the pulpy strawberry purée definitely didn’t help the almond milk and refresher base. there’s no real solution other than customers … not ordering that hahaha

The fat content in our almond milk doesn't play well with the citric acid in our refreshers. There's a reason Starbucks went with coconut milk for these.

yeah, i doubt the purée helped, either. i really just thought it was crazy that they ordered with almond milk and especially the combo of strawberry purée + the lime green refresher + the almond milk. the separation with the added bonus of a pukey color is… not appetizing
