I left the company at the beginning of COVID and want to work again now that I’m vaccinated. I’ve heard various things about raises. Can anyone share starting shift and barista wages?

I just got hired at $12hr as a barista.

In FL, I got hired at $10/hr but we recently were designated a "tourist area" by Starbucks and got bumped to starting at $12/hr. Shifts start at $15.25/hr.
