submitted by timeandfate
I’ve been working at Starbucks for almost a month now and last week I started experiencing pain in the outer side of both wrists. Any advice on how to help the pain go away?? Stretches to do?? Exercises?? Ice?? Please help!!!

Depending on where you live, cannabis dispensaries sell a cbd dominant pill that has almost(almost) eliminated my work related pains. For me it was my legs at night. When I started taking it before leaving for work my pain became quite manageable. It does not make you high at all although it does still contain thc. I’m not saying it’s a miracle cure but it has become a staple for me, and I no longer leave work in agony

We’re supposed to do stretches before our shift but no one does them, put your palms flat against the wall upside down and straighten your arm

Is your pain sharp or more dull? I’m trying to figure out if it’s muscle pain or more of a ligament thing. I too use CBD for bursitis (it’s a type of arthritis) I put the oil directly on the joints that are inflamed and it works better than taking it internally. If it’s a ligament/carpal tunnel issue buy a product called DMSO it’s used for horse ligament pain however it smells really funky and not in a good way. At work do your best the keep your wrist locked when pumping all of that sugar.
