That's normal. Starbucks' approach to "training" is that it's just barely enough to get you functional on your first day with major gaps in your knowledge. Everything else you'll learn on the job by doing it. I don't like that approach to training because it can lead new hires to feel very frustrated in their first few months on the job.

Don't be afraid to ask questions boo. I'd always tell everybody please ask questions bc I'd rather have customers get a slow correct drink than an incorrect fast drink.
