i literally got 3 days of training total before i started getting scheduled coverage. i haven’t been trained on bar AT ALL and my trainer transferred to a different store so there’s no plan to train me more. wish me luck 😭😭😭

This happened to me and my green bean partner got so much bar training because the SSVs wanted to flirt with him lol. Anyway I took me months to get and bar regularly because in four months I had barred 3 times.

Yea that’s the one thing I learned about SBUX only 21 hours of training for barista. Like that is legit mostly modules and the rest when it’s on floor is just the barista explaining what to do.
