HAHAHA this happened to my original store AGES ago - our hobart just suddenly started actively spewing water everywhere, and wouldn't drain! Flooding went all the way out into our cafe, which wouldn't have been too bad if we didn't literally have electrical outlets *in the floor.*
A week later, one of the outlets shorted and started smoking and the fire department was called :) hopefully your store doesn't have to deal with chaos like that, but at least it keeps things interesting!
