Alternate milk cold foams (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by confusify
Have you tried different milk cold foams? Like coconut milk or other milks. Are they good? (Sorry I’m new so I haven’t had anything besides vsc and skim)

The old cinnamon almond milk foam is great. It’s just almond milk, 2 pumps of vanilla, and cinnamon powder. Not on the menu but I still have customers request it and we still have the ingredients

oat works the best!!

Soy works a bit but if you add scoops of vanilla, it helps foam it a bit more!

they don’t foam well-
nonfat is disgusting but foams beautifully.
add a couple pumps of vanilla to any of them! except coconut because that’s delicious and sweet on it’s own

Most of our non-dairies have too much fat content to foam well. If you're ok with a mix of milks you could cut the non-dairy with oat or skim to make it foam better.

tbh the cinnamon almond milk foam cold brew was my absolute fav when it was still on the menu!!!
