No, a majority of Starbucks workers are college aged or younger who just work there until they finish school. They’re not interested in long term gains, it’s just a fun part time job they have.

I’d say about 30-40% of my co workers are in school. Another maybe 10% this job is a side hustle to them. Everyone else depends on this job to survive. With the benefits that Starbucks has - healthcare, retirement accounts, etc - the company attracts quite a few long term employees. And even if the majority of the staff is college aged, they still deserve to be treated well no matter how long they’re with the company.
