A customer came through the drive thru today and ordered a grande vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and proceeded to ask me not to shake the cold brew. I told him that we do not shake our nitros and he argued with me about it saying he knows we do and that’s why he mentioned it. Sir would you like to come inside? I told him that it’s the nitrogen in the nitro cold brew and he refused to just order the regular one 🤨
