Frappes ಠ_ಠ (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by mrcupcake18
Ok so now I know what y’all are talking about when some of you say you hate Frappuccino’s!! So I’ve been training on bar for a week now and when I tell you I HATE making frappes because they can be a bit confusing but mostly people add weird things to them which make the process longer! But what sent me over the edge is this big family in my drive thru ordered 8 DIFFERENT VENTI FRAPPES and they all had their special hocus pocus in them, I had to stop what I was doing to make them along with my coworker because we knew it would take long and we only have two blenders. And the customer and everyone in the car proceeds to give us side eye and ugly looks the whole time because we’re taking to long even AFTER telling them it’s going to be a wait. The disrespect ( ͡ಠ ʖ̯ ͡ಠ)

please don’t equate us to mcdonald’s. I have a partner who used to work at mcdonald’s and trust me it’s differentl.

I did a few times as a customer in the beginning when I first started going to Starbucks but I soon broke that habit after being indirectly corrected lmao but once in a blue moon it slips, like the title! Lmao 😂😅

i dont understand customers like this. Like, what happens when you're thrown a curve ball at work? We arent even paid enough to live. Im exhausted from dealing with silly customers like this and the pressure from management to keep it together. I havnt taken a sick day at this job ever, and no one else does either. We're barely afforded human rights. The only thing keeping me going is the miniscule amount of money i work for that basically all get turned over on necessities. Toaster meals feel like a luxury. Ever since they got rid of chicken chipotle boxes, i use my food markout on either an egg box or a chicken quinoa bowl and oh my god im gonna lose it if i eat another. But i will, tomorrow. I graduated into a pandemic and im so fkn confuses about the right thing to do.
