I bust my butt working really hard, covering shifts for others, training new hires, and always trying to keep everything stocked/clean..

I’ve been finessed out of a promotion multiple times, going to other people, or being told I have more room to “grow into an amazing leader”, as others are promoted/given bonuses, despite never taking initiative.

I feel burnt out and almost want to separate from the company, with the way I’m always talked down upon, the way management talks unprofessionally, etc. and the extremely low pay, but I desperately need my health insurance to transition

I really don’t know what to do
