bruh that's more than "doubled toasted" 😂😂 how long did yall leave it in the oven?? 😭

We have a regular who always wants her croissant double toasted in DT at peak, and will reject it for not being hot enough by the time she's at the window. She did this repeatedly after it was handed to her and asked for it to be toasted again, but we can't take it back so she'd end up with two. Now we don't toast it until she's the next car instead of as it's called out on the speaker. She can't turn it down it its steaming. 😏

I just do it on qty 2 if someone wants something double toasted. If I do it two times it always comes out burnt

We have a customer at mine who always requests her double smoked to be taken out 5 seconds early. We don’t, and she doesn’t know that so she doesn’t complain. 😅

We have a regular who comes through drive thru and orders a grande iced coffee with 9 pumps of classic - not stirred -, extra extra ice, and a burnt butter croissant.. and she will tell us if it’s not burnt enough.
